GENERAL OPERATING CONDITIONS: The temperature of the pumped water should not exceed 35 °C; The water must not contain sand or other visible mechanical impurities; Pumping of aggressive liquids is prohibited; Mineralization of water is allowed up to 1500 g/m³; The electric pump operates only when fully submerged in water, with a minimum distance from the bottom of the well to the pump of 0.4 m, and the water level above the pump of at least 1.0 m; The well's flow rate must exceed the pump's capacity; Before the first start, the pump should be submerged in water for at least 5-10 minutes; The minimum performance of the electric pump must be at least 0.36 m³/h. DESIGN: The 4"BCPE-1.2 "Vodolij" represents multistage high-pressure pumping units. This series of pumps is equipped with a single-phase asynchronous electric motor designed for a working voltage of 230 V and a network frequency of 50 Hz. Water intake occurs through a filter located in the middle part of the pump. Active cooling of the electric motor is achieved by the flow of pumped water between the casing of the well and the pump. Parts of the flow section of the electric pump are made of corrosion-resistant materials: stainless steel, brass, and food-grade plastic, ensuring the ecological purity of the supplied water. Each submersible pump has an electric cable with an electrical plug of the appropriate length, to which a capacitor unit is attached. The warranty period for all products is 24 months from the date of sale.
